METTL16 and endocervical adenocarcinoma: Meanwhile, METTL16 showed lower expression in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), kidney chromophobe (KICH), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC) (P < 0.001), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), thyroid carcinoma (THCA) (P < 0.01) and cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC) (P < 0.05) compared with the corresponding control tissues.
