In this report, we describe the case of a 67-year-old Caucasian male with a past medical history of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-positive non-small-cell lung cancer who presented to the outpatient clinic with a stinging, itchy, red-brown papulopustular rash over his bilateral lower extremities. The gene discussed is EGFR; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
