NALCN and bladder transitional cell carcinoma: demonstrated that in TCGA datasets, the expression level of NALCN was significantly downregulated in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC) and colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), but upregulated in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PCPG), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD).
