Of children with clinical remission at 2 weeks, there was continued remission of epileptic spasms in 9 of 18 (50%) children at 3 months, including seven of 13 (54%) receiving ACTH, one of three receiving oral corticosteroids (33%), and one of two (50%) receiving vigabatrin (not significant) (Table 2A).
