In the present study, we developed and characterized three murine monoclonal hybridoma cell lines (26B8F5-I, 28C10, and 28G10B6) that stably secrete mAbs against the target proteins ANXA1, Siglec-1, and MYH9 which are expressed in the cell membrane of PAMs and reduce infection of PAMs by PRRSV and, for some of them, ASFV, suggesting that the recognized proteins play a role in the viral entry process. Here, ANXA1 is linked to infection.
