SP1 and infection: The results of RT-qPCR show that, under GMI1000 infection, the splicing ratios of RLPK.1/RLPK.2 and SP1.1/SP1.2 significantly increase, with RLPK.1/RLPK.2 approximately three-times higher and SP1.1/SP1.2 about twelve-times higher than in ΔhrcV-infected samples.
