CDK6 and neoplasm: Specifically, the downregulation of N-cadherin, C-myc, and CDK6, as well as the upregulation of GSK3β, in tumor tissues treated with GNE-6776, aligns with the in vitro results showing that GNE-6776 suppresses the PI3K/AKT/mTOR and Wnt/β-catenin pathways, inhibits EMT, and arrests cells in the G1 phase of the cell cycle.
