Human prostate cancer biopsies were incubated with 0.08 nmol (molar activity 26.3 MBq/nmol) of either [111In]In-PSMA-N064 or [111In]In-PSMA-N140 and showed preferential accumulation of dual-labeled inhibitors in tumor tissue compared to normal tissue, as confirmed by fluorescence and autoradiography [85]. The gene discussed is FOLH1; the disease is prostate cancer.
