IL6 and psoriasis: Thus, these findings suggest that the treatment with CU-LNA-SLNs, due to their ability to maintain extremely low the levels of IL-6, both in basal conditions and after the IMQ-induced pro-psoriatic inflammation, could represent not only a strategy to decrease the onset and progression of the pathological manifestations of psoriasis-related inflammation but also to prevent the dysmetabolic disorders, as well as the arthritic complications that can result from long term psoriasis.
