Double aPL positivity, triple aPL positivity (a combination of positive LA, positive aCL [IgG and/or IgM], and positive aβ2GPI [IgG and/or IgM]) and gestational hypertension were independently associated with higher odds of APOs in the OAPS group, whereas two of the double aPL positivity subtypes, triple aPL positivity and placenta previa were independent risk factors related to APOs in the NC-OAPS group [34].
