These include immune checkpoint inhibitors for patients with mismatch repair-deficient/high-microsatellite-instability disease, combinations of BRAF inhibitors with anti-EGFR antibodies in patients with BRAF V600E-mutated cancers, HER2-targeting therapies in patients with colorectal cancers overexpressing HER2, and NTRK inhibitors in more rare cases with NTRK alterations [6,7,8].
