The results of the KEGG analysis revealed that these core genes are mainly enriched in pathways such as antifolate resistance, NOD-like receptor signaling pathway, Legionnaires’ disease, pertussis, C-type lectin receptor signaling pathway, inflammatory bowel disease, and necroptosis, with antifolate resistance and the NOD-like receptor signaling pathway being particularly prominent. This evidence concerns the gene CLEC4D and pertussis.
