In terms of key signaling pathways (Figure 3), based on analysis of the tectoridin-stroke PPI network, GO and the KEGG pathway enrichment analysis suggested that PI3K/Akt, Nrf2/HO-1, and TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB play an important role in the therapeutic actions of tectoridin for the treatment of stroke.
