It is interesting to note that the 2023 ACR/EULAR classification criteria no longer consider isolated positivity of IgM aCL and/or IgM aβ2-GPI [either at moderate titers (40–79 units/mL) or high titers (>80 units/mL)] as sufficient in order to classify a patient as having APS [7].
