MTOR and cancer: Similarly, GZMB showed stronger activation in the Apoptosis (56%), EMT (31%), Hormone ER (31%) and Cell Cycle (16%) pathways across the different cancer types, while inhibitory effects were seen in the RTK (22%), PI3K/AKT (16%), Hormone AR (12%), DNA Damage (12%), RAS-MAPK (9%) and TSC/mTOR (9%) pathways.
