Figure 10E illustrates the changes in the expression levels of genes associated with the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway following the downregulation of PLCB2. Supporting this, Western blot analysis showed a significant decrease in the phosphorylation levels of PI3K and AKT after reducing PLCB2 levels (Figure 10F), suggesting that PLCB2 may modulate EMT in RCC through the activation of the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway. This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and renal cell carcinoma.
