The ADAURA study is a phase 3, double-blind, placebo-controlled, international trial that randomized completely resected NSCLC patients with common EGFR mutations to receive, with a 1:1 ratio, either oral osimertinib (at a dose of 80 mg once daily) or placebo for 3 years, with or without previous adjuvant chemotherapy. Here, EGFR is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
