The present study aimed to determine the clinicopathological features and prognostic significance of SPOCK1 expression and SPOCK1-related signaling pathways in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), and uterine corpus endometrial carcinomas (UCEC) using Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis (GEPIA2), Genotype-Tissue Expression (GTEx), the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), the Kaplan–Meier plotter, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham CANcer data analysis portal (UALCAN) datasets. This evidence concerns the gene SPOCK1 and endocervical adenocarcinoma.
