BRCA1 and anemia (phenotype): -64 heavily pretreated patients enrolled.-Disease control rates: 28% (monotherapy), 40% (Olaparib combo), 29% (Carboplatin combo).-One partial response in advanced fallopian tube cancer.-17% (5/29) achieved stable disease for >16 weeks with monotherapy.-Anti-tumor activity in Olaparib combo linked to BRCA1 mutational status.-Most common side effect: anemia (86.7% in Olaparib combo arm).-No study discontinuations due to adverse events.-Study ongoing to determine maximum tolerated dose.
