Bispecific T-cell engagers directed against B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) or GPRC5D on myeloma cells and CD3 on T lymphocytes [12–14], as well as anti-BCMA chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapies [15] and antibody-drug conjugates (ADC) [16] have been developed in rapid succession for the treatment of RRMM. This evidence concerns the gene TNFRSF17 and plasma cell myeloma.
