By utilizing integrative RNA‐seq, we found that blocking the RPS15AP12/miR‐96‐3p/RPS15A axis had an anti‐tumour effect via innate immune responses, as it decreased OC cell proliferation, increased the expression of RNA sensors RIG‐I and MDA‐5, and activated the downstream type I IFN pathway.
