By integrating the two immune cell subpopulations identified in our previous analyses (CD39+ Tregs and CCR2+ moDCs) into a predictive model named the “Breast Cancer Immunotherapy Predictive Score”, we found that this composite risk score also effectively predicted PFS, with AUC values for 6‐month, 12‐month, and 18‐month PFS of.809,.787, and.726, respectively (Figure 5A), and its predictive efficacy was independent of the treatment group (Table S10).
