These observations in combination with an eQTL synergistic analysis (40) using a clinical dataset offer translational value for patient benefit, demonstrating that the risk genotype of rs72856331 correlates not only with increased USP47 expression but also directly with poorer prognoses in GC, further strengthening our initial finding for an association of rs72856331/USP47 and GC susceptibility.
