One patient conducted HER2 immunohistochemistry and fluorescent in situ hybridization on their tumor at another center (this was unavailable at our center at the time) and found “2+” evidence of protein overexpression and evidence of amplification (HER2/CEP17 ratio: 6.5), while the WGTS for this patient’s tumor found no alterations of ERBB2. This evidence concerns the gene ERBB2 and neoplasm.
