One case revealed no KRAS mutation [6], while no pathogenic/oncogenic mutations in 50 cancer-related genes (such as BRAF, EGFR, ERBB2, FBXW7, GNAS, HRAS, KIT, KRAS, NRAS, PIK3CA, PTEN, APC, CTNNB1, and TP53) were detected in the second case by targeted sequencing (Ion Ampliseq Cancer Hotspot panel version 2) [9].
