First, while ENTPD8 overexpression was shown to inhibit HCC cell proliferation, migration, and invasion, and enhance anti-PD-L1 therapy, the precise molecular mechanisms by which ENTPD8 regulates these processes, particularly through its interaction with miR-214-5p and PD-L1, require deeper investigation.
