GPT and Hypocalcemia: The most common TEAEs (experienced by ≥ 20% of the patients in either group, LY01011 vs. denosumab) included a decreased white blood cell count (46.7% vs. 47.3%), anemia (46.5% vs. 43.3%), a decreased neutrophil count (43.9% vs. 44.0%), a decreased platelet count (26.9% vs. 31.5%), hypocalcemia (30.7% vs. 27.1%), an increased aspartate aminotransferase level (26.2% vs. 22.4%), an increased alanine aminotransferase level (23.1% vs. 21.6%), hypophosphatemia (19.3% vs. 22.1%), nausea (21.9% vs. 18.6%), decreased appetite (21.9% vs. 18.4%), and asthenia (22.2% vs. 14.6%).
