RGS10 and autoimmune thyroid disease: The KEGG pathway analysis showed that DEGs of RGS10-deficient PBMCs exposed to LPS-induced CSI were involved in immune cell maturation/differentiation, cytokine-cytokine receptor interactions, cell-adhesion molecules, NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity, autoimmune thyroid disease, and a multitude of gene pathways in infection (Fig. 4E).
