To this end, we applied Kaplan‒Meier plotter analysis, which revealed that patients with high ADAM10 expression experienced significantly shorter OS and RFS than did those with low ADAM10 expression in NSCLC, as outlined in Figure 2B. These findings support our initial conclusion that ADAM10 overexpression is negatively related to OS and RFS in NSCLC patients. Here, ADAM10 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
