The outcome of this analysis revealed that, indeed, patients with high ADAM10 expression had significantly shorter overall survival than those with lower ADAM10 expression in NSCLC, as depicted in Figure 2A. Taking this finding into account along with other relevant literature, it can be deduced that high ADAM10 expression is positively correlated with poor survival in NSCLC patients. Here, ADAM10 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
