NLRP3 and coronary artery disorder: The occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (2.17% vs 13.04%).<h4>Conclusions</h4>Colchicine adjuvant therapy improves the efficacy of CHD patients with acute gout attacks, helps improve cardiac function and vascular endothelial function, reduces serum levels of NALP3, sICAM-1, MMP-9, and MMP-13, enhances patient immunity, and controls disease progression.
