To further investigate whether METTL3 enhances the radioresistance of NPC in vivo, we established subcutaneous xenografts in nude mice, as depicted in Figure 6A. Compared to the control group, METTL3 overexpression significantly increased the volume and weight of the tumors, regardless of the presence of IR and Erastin.
