Several preclinical studies have highlighted the potential of BsAbs in prostate cancer treatment; 10B3 BsAb, a novel BsAb targeting PSMA and CD3 (in both IgG-like and non-IgG-like forms), has demonstrated significant T cell activation and tumor cell reduction in LNCaP cells (a human prostate cancer cell line). This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and Familial prostate cancer.
