To further explore the correlation between NAT10 expression and glucose metabolism in GC, we first evaluated the expression of NAT10 in 22 GC patients who had undergone [18F]-fluoro-2-deoxyglucose positron emission tomography and computed tomography (18F-FDG PET/CT) with measurement of the FDG maximum standardized uptake value (SUVmax) (Figure 4A). The gene discussed is NAT10; the disease is gastric cancer.
