HSPA12B and sarcopenia: The association of low levels of HSPA12B with increased risk of sarcopenia remained significant both in older adults with the age of <80 years (adjusted OR = 5.003, 95% CI = 3.332–7.511, P < 0.001) and in those >80 years (adjusted OR = 3.168, 95% CI = 1.837–5.464, P < 0.001), as well as in males (adjusted OR = 4.072, 95% CI = 2.599–6.381, P < 0.001) and in females (adjusted OR = 4.505, 95% CI = 2.808–7.228, P < 0.001).
