CCR10 is another member of the chemokine family involved in the metastasis of melanoma, with studies in a mouse melanoma model that overexpressed CCR10 showing that these cells had a higher rate of proliferation, the cytoskeleton underwent rearrangement and they had increased migration in response to CCR10 ligands vs. non CCR10 expressing cells [270].
