GATA2 and skin cancer: GATA2 deficiency presents a broad array of clinical manifestations, such as myelodysplastic syndrome/acute myeloid leukemia (MDS/AML), pulmonary alveolar proteinosis (PAP), congenital lymphedema, sensorineural hearing loss, viral warts, and skin cancers, including basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and malignant melanoma.
