The expression level of HOXC13-AS is significantly related to the prognosis of patients with bladder cancer, esophageal adenocarcinoma, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, HNSCC, kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma, ovarian cancer, pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma, sarcoma, stomach adenocarcinoma, thyroid carcinoma, and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (Figure 3). Here, HOXC13 is linked to sarcoma.
