CD4 and neoplasm: The levels of IFN-γ and CD4+ CAR-T cells in the peripheral blood of mice were significantly higher than those of conventional CAR-T cells, which may prove that CD4+ CAR-T cells can mediate tumor killing in an IFN-γ-dependent manner, and SK-OV-3 tumor cells may be sensitive to IFN-γ-induced apoptosis.
