The combinatory therapy using BRAF inhibitor dalafenib and MEK inhibitor trametinib is promising for patients with BRAF V600E-mutated NSCLCs (16, 17) according to the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) Clinical Practice Guidelines for NSCLC and the Chinese Medical Association Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Lung Cancer (18, 19).
