Additionally, ‘target’ analysis predicted that the mutation status of tumor protein 53 (TP53), Janus kinase 1 (JAK1), interleukin-17 receptor D (IL-17RD), calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II delta (CAMK2D), and mitogen-activated protein kinase-activated protein kinase 2 (MAPKAPK2) significantly reduced the expression of CTRP6 in uterine cancer (Fig. 8H-L). Here, MAPKAPK2 is linked to uterine cancer.
