In our current study, diverse gene expression features induced by Lonp1 at both the transcript and protein levels within prostate tissues were observed, affording us the opportunity to explore the functional features of Lonp1 on PCa tumorigenesis and progression at the in vivo level, and provide a valuable resource for future functional and mechanistic studies of mouse prostate adenocarcinoma. The gene discussed is LONP1; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
