While angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors, angiotensin receptor blockers (ARB) or beta blockers can be used for treatment of mild asymptomatic CTRCD, moderate or severe asymptomatic CTRCD and symptomatic CTRCD requires intensified heart failure therapy including mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists (MRA), neprilysin inhibition and SGLT-2 inhibitors [4, 26, 97]. This evidence concerns the gene ACE and heart failure.
