BCL6 and Burkitt lymphoma: High-grade B-cell lymphomas are a group of highly aggressive lymphomas with morphological and genetic characteristics between those of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and Burkitt lymphoma, with Myc and BCL2 and/or BCL6 rearrangements; this lymphoma often presents with aggressive behavior and involves the lymph nodes and extranodal organs (especially the bone marrow and nervous system).[3–5] Lymphoma usually starts with unexplained fever, night sweats and weight loss.
