NLRP3 and pancreatic intraductal papillary-mucinous neoplasm: Observing a trend toward elevated NLRP3, ASC, IL‐1B, and significantly higher IL‐1RA expression in invasive intestinal compared to noninvasive cases suggests that higher NLRP3 inflammasome priming is associated with the development of malignancy in intestinal IPMN cases.
