TNNI3 and myocardial infarction: Among the subgroup of patients with an absolute hs-cTnI concentration ≥5 times the URL (84.6%, n=258), the proportion of patients with an adjudicated diagnosis of type 4a MI was 0% (0/147) in those with a post-PCI ΔcTnI ≤20%, 4.9% (2/41) in those with a post-PCI ΔcTnI >20% but ≤40%, and 65.7% (46/70) in those with a post-PCI ΔcTnI >40%.
