The chr1:150732777 DES located in CTSS, according to the currently accumulated knowledge in EDK v2.0, is increased in SLE and rheumatoid arthritis and decreased in amyotrophic, Crohn’s disease, multiple sclerosis, oligoarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis, sepsis, systemic sclerosis, type 1 diabetes, and ulcerative colitis (Fig. 4C). Here, CTSS is linked to Crohn disease.
