This analysis revealed that high TUBA1B expression is a significant risk factor for OS in several cancers, including LGG, KICH, LIHC, LUAD, MESO, BLCA, ACC, BRCA, KIRP, HNSC, THYM, PRAD, and OV (Figure 3A, P < 0.05), suggesting that elevated TUBA1B expression correlates with poorer survival outcomes in these cancers.
