To date, there is only one case report describing the use of aumolertinib as a single agent for treating EGFR‐mutated NSCLC patients with leptomeningeal metastasis, and two studies investigating high‐dose aumolertinib combined with intrathecal chemotherapy, with or without bevacizumab, in patients with leptomeningeal metastases [31, 32, 33]. The gene discussed is EGFR; the disease is leptomeningeal metastasis.
