MAPK14 and medulloblastoma: We also examined the overlap the RPPA and hdWGCNA which revealed important regulators of medulloblastoma tumor signaling with 6 targets overlapping in SHH (Ephrin A3, FOXM1, Histone H2A, Ki67, Survivin and Synaptophysin), 12 overlapping targets in Group 3 (EGFR, FoxM1, Glucocorticoid receptor, Histone H2A, Ncam1, p38 MAP kinase, PTEN, CDK6, Ki67, LC3B, Survivin, and Twist) and 3 overlapping targets in Group 4 tumors (FoxM1, Ki67 and Survivin).
