Recently, Jurkat T cell-derived expressing interleukin 2 (IL2) EVs (IL2-sEVs) stimulated CD8+ T cells and simultaneously suppressed PD-L1 expression in melanoma cells in immunocompetent mice, exploiting several miRNAs, making it potent therapy capable of immune and cancer cells regulation on miRNA level [84]. The gene discussed is IL2; the disease is melanoma.
